Introduction: Cold Ghost
Hullo there, and my login name is intergal. I have not yet been able to come up with a clever pen name, but 'Eva Shandor' is a possibility - it's not my given name. I've been writing for a while now, probably over ten years, but this is the first time I've tried to get my original writing out there on the web.
As regards the shameless self-promotion, I write 'Cold Ghost' a crime road trip story which updates fortnightly, and 'My Last Wilderness' a survivor POV post-apoclyptic piece which will update month. I have at least one personal project that I'm working on, but I probably won't be posting it online - I'm working on getting that published once it's finished.
Cold Ghost blurb: "Joel was just a regular ol’ park ranger, minding his own business when Yukihiro, a recently retired assassin for a Tokyo yakuza family, burst through a window and into his life.
Now, he’s trapped quite figuratively in a web of deceit and danger that goes beyond the usual ‘hilarious misunderstanding’ and driven straight to ‘running away for dear life’.
Will Joel survive the adventure? Will Yukihiro ever explain what it’s all about or why Triads want him dead? Or will everyone just be eaten alive by bears?"
I'm still in the process of setting up an index page for everything, but uou can find the prologue here: http://akatsuki-2007.livejournal.com/4900.html Or just hit the tag for 'cold ghost'.
Once I have more posted for 'My Last Wilderness', I'll do a little post for it here.
I hope you all enjoy what's up so far.
About myself: not much to say really! I graduated with a degree in Japanese last year, and I'm currently slogging to get myself properly employed. I enjoy reading as well, drawing and sketching, films, bright eyeshadows and chocolate. Those are the pertinant things I can think of, but if you have other questions, fire away!

Welcome to weblit.us, intergal. We hope you will find this site useful. It's all about how to succeed at what we're doing here. I like "Eva Shandor." It sounds vaguely dark and fantasy-esque while at the same time elegant. Eaten by bears, huh?
*Waves*
Welcome
Thank you very much! *waves back*
I've shifted all of my main posting over to the evshandor.wordpress.com, since people spoke so strongly against using LJ as a posting platform on ErgoFiction. It's at a working phase now, but I think there's a few more additions to the site needed...
@Karen: Actually, "Eva Shandor" was intended to be a terribly clever Ghostbusters joke. I don't think it's working out...
As regards 'eaten by bears', I decided I needed a new 'rocks fall, everybody dies' joke, and thus it was brainstormed in those heady November 2009 days. That, and I kept tittering over it, and it kept me writing.
