Announcements at Ergofiction
Hey weblitters!
Each sunday there is an editorial at the ergofiction magazine. Often I throw some announcements in there of authors starting a new project, contests and stuff like that. I am only human though, so fail at being omniscient, no matter how hard I try.
So I thought I'd let you guys know that if you have a big announcement you are more than welcome to let us know by mailing to ergofiction AT gmail DOT com
However. A couple of things to remember. Do not get your panties in a twist if we don't broadcast your announcement. What qualifies as big for you might not seem so big for us. Our issues are often themed, and sometimes your announcement might really not fit with the rest.
Our main goal is to serve the readers, and while I really appreciate the relationship I have with most of you, I can't let that rule my decisions.
If we don't announce your announcement, we'll ALWAYS explain why we didn't.

Freshly starting authors we'll probably not announce in our editorial, but in the weekly webficwed highlights.

Since I'm in charge of what gets posted and what not, there's no room for abuse 
And in general, though some people sometimes get a bit over enthusiastic, I find the weblit and webfiction community in general very agreeable when it comes to self-promotion.
Maybe they are scared of me
