Alice is my artist. She's done character sketches of most (but not all) of my major players that I've been able to leverage into very successful ads for my story, and she's doing the covers of my books. She's not cheap, but she's very affordable, especially for the level of work she gives you. She also does web development, and draws/writes the comic Two Rooks. I highly recommend her.
